More semla

This is one of my favourites, from a local bakery on my side of town. Rich, fluffy cream; soft, juicy bun; and a chunky almond paste with just the right amount of texture to balance it out.

Extra: Snowdrops, somewhat ironically, because tomorrow we might see 15-20 cm of snow in a single day…
