What am I looking at?

Thought I'd found a little cluster of anemones but after some research online and in my "Australian Seashores" book by WJ Dakin I'm not so sure.

Tube worms? Caleolaria seems to be the closest but why are there no "fronds" coming out of the tubes and just this little cluster of fronds... top right of the image in the sand. I touched one and it disappeared.

Always something new to find on this beach that I walk daily.

Also today found a collection of dead fish... filletted!
