From Morning To Night

A dusting overnight and high winds, which pushed the snow into piles on the lake. I thought it worthwhile to capture a few shots in the morning even though the light was already quite harsh (wishing I had the foresight to get up early). Some interesting shapes. Later as the sun set, the reflection off the ice produced a wonderful mauve colour. I thought  combining both views produced an interesting comparison.
