Unobservant

My friend and I went to this great bar in Camara de Lobos last December. We sat a few tables away from this very spot and didn’t see the Churchill  statue. 

I know he's supposed to be painting but it looked like a laptop when I first glanced.

It was quiet there today and I really cannot work out how we missed it last time.
