Is there a piece missing?

Struggling with the difficult bits now, I decided I would have to do the whole jigsaw to find out whether it was complete or not before I could give it away.

The puzzle was made from a photograph I took about 20 years ago: the first time we took young T up to London. Of course we had to watch the changing of the guard outside Buckingham Palace (echoes of Christopher Robin) and a visit to the Tower. In those days we sent reels of film away to be developed, sometimes with free extra copies and different offers, one of which was the making of jigsaws.

The animal nutritionist and his team called today and the men looked at the livestock and then had a meeting as to what we should be feeding the cattle now. T was very pleased to have met them and we shall probably do as they recommend. On a sadder note, one of the Hereford cows had slipped a stillborn premature calf. This sometimes happens at the beginning of the calving season.
