It's all very well knowing that today has a noteworthy date, but how to express the palindrome ( may be read forwards and backwards equally) and ambigram (may be read upside down and the right way up) of 22.02.2022 when one does not possess a calendar or timepiece in digital form?

The answer is to cheat use one's initiative and use the camera to photograph representations from the media on the phone (thank you, Google). Indeed, I found several illustrations, three of the best I put into a collage.
 
Of course. 'Twosday' only works by omitting the zeros in the alternative format, thus 22.2.22.
