Post storm walk.

After a few storms have visited the UK bringing strong winds and heavy downpours, it was good to get out for a walk today. We have my daughter in law and her dog staying with us. This gave me an opportunity for a dog walk to see how many trees were standing in the woods. I love the late afternoon sun angling down between the branches casting a golden glow over the silver birches.
Grateful today for a walk in the woods. Breathing the fresh air deep into my lungs. The morning prayer community.
