Major Hissy Fit...

There are a pair of beautiful swans living in the pond close by Pinecroft studios.... they've been there for many, many years... and of course now it is egg sitting season!!! so i jumped out of my car cos the light was just so beautiful on the female as she sat on her large nest!!! As soon as i moved over the road to take the shots, old papa here started up with his territorial antics....i decided to go with this cos he was so animated, and really did deserve to be blipped... and i can always get her on the nest in a few days.... he was extremely agitated - the genetic urge is so strong.... pretty amazing really!
