lamb cake

My wife made two of her traditional lamb cakes for Easter. One was given to her mother to share and the other was taken into Sunday school class for us to share. Cast Iron Lamb Cake mold was given to her by her Grandmother. You just can not get good cast iron cook ware anymore except frying pans. The best lamb molds are now cast aluminum. I have a 50 year old cast iron (no teflon coating) waffle iron which makes far better waffles than the teflon coated pricey but cheap ones sold today. I have tried to find a good replacement but have failed.
