Double whammy

A high tide and strong winds meant both the Holm pier and Barrier 1 were getting a bit of a soaking today. It's not been a very nice day again in terms of the weather.

However, it's Wednesday and therefore lots of sewing today and that's a good thing in my book. Unfortunately, the hideyhole has a problem with the light circuit so we convened down in the house tonight. Hopefully the lighting issue will be sorted as soon as we can get the dodgy dimmer switches replaced. Just thankful it was nothing worse.

I'm expecting another night of listening to the wind howl (but hopefully not watching the sun rise!) ...
