Blackbirds Nest Building

The blackbirds in our garden have gone building mad! They are stealing damp compost from the plantpots and flying around the garden with great beakfulls of assorted building material. The shot above is not very good quality but captures the frenzy.

It rained for a few minutes this morning and the garden is glad of it. It was also sunny for about an hour and has turned grey and coll again this evening.
