Back to the beach

Thom and I had a good walk down the beach with Gonzo this morning. It's been a while since I was last down there but felt good to be back.
Thoms skin was bad again this morning so he didn't want to do too much. Thankfully its gotten better as the day has gone on and we've avoided all the possible triggers.
Did the shopping this afternoon, which as always took a lot longer than I thought.
So I'm know about to start weaving again. Got a bit down last night and now have my head back in gear and think I know what I'm doing. Possibly famous last words.
