RHEA

You're looking at the south end of a Rhea (Rhea sp.) heading north...and it's doing a bit of cosmetic work.  It's  a distant relative of the ostrich and emu. It's native to South America; this one lives at the zoo in Milwaukee.

It's not as large as an ostrich, averaging 3 to 5 feet in height, but it can kick like one and can do serious damage with its clawed feet.
