A difficult choice

The theme for this week's Abstract Thursday is 'texture' ..... thanks as always to Ingeborg for continuing to host :-)

This started life as a photo of part of a tree trunk ....... I thought the original looked a bit boring so decided to do a bit of fartnarkling!

I used a filter to add colour ....... hope you like the result :-)

Extra: I have added an alternative which I have just darkened & increased the saturation ...... struggled to decide which to blip :-)

Winter's back! Storm Gladys was not supposed to affect Lincolnshire .... however the windows are being rattled by the strong wind yet again! We've also had hail! Hey ho!

Supermarket shopping later when Hubby gets home from work :-(
