Rain, sun, cloud, hail

Rainy morning. Acquainted vacuum cleaner with downstairs carpets. Then took hound for a blustery, chilly walk. 
As it was chilly made sweet potato and red lentil soup for lunch. 
Phoned a friend and read.  Made coffee which is making me bizarrely sleepy.
Think I will make veg stirfry with peanut and lemon sauce and rice for dinner. 
Another quiet day, here while the world is in turmoil. :-#
