We've had some good sunny intervals but also showers of sleet, snow and hail, all accompanied by a cold wind. The white stuff lay for no more than a few minutes each time. There’s a bit on the high fells.

Unlike yesterday I chose a better spell to get some exercise. This is the scenic route to the shops. I went for bread but came home having also bought houmous, porridge and cream cakes.
