Foggy morning

We woke up to a very foggy morning. We finished our set up early and have everything ready for the attendees who will begin arriving after lunch.

I had time for a walk down to the beach under the pier. The fog lifted some but still lingered over the water. It made these photos appear almost black and white. I love the light.


The old wooden pier was destroyed in 2016 when Hurricane Matthew struck. It took about three years for them to replace the wooden posts with concrete. I hope I have time to walk out to the end before I leave here on Sunday.

A short sleeve spring day here. Very warm so we have opened the doors to the deck to let in fresh air!
