Cheshire chimneys and diamonds

‘I read it on the internet’. The Cheshire ‘village’ where I am at present has apparently one example of ‘Cheshire chimneys’, which are twisted. These are on a 1930s house, nothing ancient. It also said there is a diamond theme on some buildings because of its link with mining. They just look like fancy brickwork to me. Extra
