We did a lovely five mile walk along the river to the next village and then out into open countryside.   It was a beautiful day with sunshine but the wind is still keen.
These water meadows are usually just 'damp' but the river has breached the bank in several places and water is gushing onto them.  In places it felt like you were gingerly walking between two water courses.
Lots of trees had come during the recent storms so it was quite funny trying to climb over them and not iland in deep mud.
Luna really enjoyed playing in the water, putting her head under to retrieve sticks.
