THE CHRYSALIS OF THE MONARCH Butterfly

Ive put up a few butterflies and a few Caterpillars this season but here's one of Two stages of the chrysalis - thanks to Mrs P's beedy eyes spotting them on a Tomato plant  They eat all the swan plant as a caterpillar and then migrate to various parts of the garden for their next stage.  We have brought this inside so there could be a few pictures of the various stages. we'll keep you in touch.

PS I put up a bee also today which I took before the SW moved in.
