Ukrainian Borscht Soup

The news from Ukraine is awful.

To clear my head I’d a 20 mile mountain bike ride with David through storm damaged near Banchory. A couple of times we’d to retrace our steps due to fallen trees and my upper body was given a good work out hauling my bike over various woody obstacles.

We’d lunch in Banchory and sat outside in the sun. Soup of the day was Ukrainian Borscht which was delicious. A tiny sign of solidarity with all Ukrainians.
