Expensive Studio Set-up..

..or just mucking about in the garden? The Cornus buds were glowing in the afternoon sunlight & the idea was to capture one with the beautiful red & green/gold of the stems & buds behind, but somehow that evolved into this, with the bokeh provided from the sunlight reflecting off the leaves of the ground cover behind. The exposure was knocked down a fraction & the camera was spot-metering on the bud. The most difficult part, as usual, was timing the shot between gusts.
