Sundown

Beautiful end to a beautiful day. David is due home soon and I can’t wait.
I never acknowledge that I have been busy but having prepared two meals, cleaned out the cats trays, three loads of washing, hunted (unsuccessfully) for pegs, extricated a second dryer from the garage, attended a zoom meeting and carried out some business via phone and computer, it hardly seems that I had time to watch the lovely film, Brief Encounter again. No wonder I feel exhausted. Sometimes it pays to write everything down - I can honestly say my day was busy!
