Some of you may remember that on Feb 7th I blipped that a boat had been parked in front of our house making it dangerous to reverse from the garage.
It is legal to park there for up to 28 days but the owner had exceeded this 3x.

I appealed to the council and itwas a long fight where they tried to persuade me that it was legal. Eventually this week I was contacted by the ranger who said he would count this week as the first day. I exploded and threatened legal action. Almost immediately I got action and today it has gone
