The Adversary (an Artwork)

Part of the 2002 Festival of Arts this lovely fellow has popped up in the Whairepo lagoon. Its actually an inflatable and a wonderful bit of work. The Boss would like him for the Bathroom but he probably wouldn't fit.
In  extras there are "The Skydancers (photo from The Bossess) gifted by the same artist Lisa  Reihana. These guys are animated and roll and unroll waving their legs in the air. Its a real shame that this festival has coincided with our Covid fight in NZ where 14900 were reported today and there is a corresponding lack of interest in festivals. Sad but sensible.
