Swamp

Q had hockey practice this morning which he seemed to enjoy.

I went for a very lovely lunch time run into the hills and mud. Tough on the ankles but it was such lovely weather to enjoy.

Feeling a bit like I haven't really stopped all day.

Tried to help indie with her skipping which was really connecting.
