Symbolic?

 An icy wind today but the sky was blue and it was sunny and that was what we focussed on.

Back home from our walk with Fletch I determined to keep busy. 
I found this white feather so decided to take some photos of that. 

Although not particularly  superstitious I know that for many people,  finding a white feather is a good sign and we certainly  need something positve to focus on.

There are many superstitions surrounding white feathers. 

The usual one is that it is a sign that someone you loved and now dead is watching over you. 
Or an angel is nearby giving you protection.

It is also a symbol of peace in many  cultures.
