Catkins in the secret field

I hadn't been able to get there for several months (because of grazing sheep), so it was extra special to be there again when it was sunny and a little bit Spring-like.

In my extra is another little group of snowdrops that I was admiring for their tenacity. All around them are the strewn, broken branches from a large number of trees that were (very unfortunately), chopped down a couple of months ago. It was good to see things growing in amongst the scene of destruction!
