MonoMonday: Landmark

The Gardner’s Inn is the oldest continuously licensed hotel still trading in the Blue Mountains. It opened in 1831 and Charles Darwin stayed there in 1836. 
It is situated right behind our house. I only had to cross the lane to take this photo.

In other news, Omar is flying to Poland tonight to report on the war. That has altered family plans and Helen and Julia are coming here with the twins so I can mind them while they work from (our) home.
