Hellebores

With persistent rain all day I needed a subject for indoors. As it was getting dark I picked these flowers from the heleboris in the front garden. The plant is not very tall and the flowers are always very close to the soil and tend to look battered and stressed, especially after bad weather. The dirty, glass bottle seemed to suit the slightly shabby appearance of the flowers.
