From the Vault

I first visited Ireland in 2007.  I made this photograph on that trip.  It is in the Burren hills of County Clare looking towards Galway Bay.  I've been to Ireland many times since but I must say, this is my favorite image of the hundreds I've made over the years there.  It very well may be my favorite photograph of all the ones I've ever made.  There is so much I can say about this place, this photograph, but I rather just look at it and absorb the beauty of this wonderful place and the many memories I've made there over the years.
