Therfield Heath

This  morning we went for a glorious walk on Therfield Heath, Royston,  with Martin's younger sister,  Sue. In a few months time there will be wild  pasque flowers blooming here. Today, we had wonderful views towards Ely and found early shoots of Dogs  Mercury and Cuckoo Pint in the woodland. 
This evening we met up with other family members for an excellent dinner at the Rose PH in Stapleford.
