Towers in the West

Had a walk round the Park and Charing Cross areas of the West End of Glasgow today. The Victorian architecture is so good and it was a beautiful day with the temperature in the high 20s.
This photo shows St Jude's Church in the foreground and Trinity College Towers in the background.
St Jude's dates from 1874 and was designed by John Burnet Snr. The building is B listed.
Charles Wilson was the architect of Trinity College and it dates from 1856. it's now converted to residential use and is A listed. Unfortunately one of the towers was damaged in the recent storm and all 120 properties have had to be evacuated until it has been stabilised.
