Another rainbow

Met up with Norm for his Birthday. We had excellent coffee in Grassington and a wander, followed by a pint in the sunshine at Burnsall.

On our way back from the Dales we saw a barn owl. We were both so giddy! I've never been so close to one in the wild before. They are such beautiful birds.

A sunny day with my best friend, a rainbow in my cider and a beautiful owl - I'm clinging on to every bit of happiness I can find in the world at the moment. I've donated what I could to The British Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal today. I don't have much to give but anything is better than nothing.
