Thinking

The unthinkable.

A glorious spring morning.  A chill wind but the sunshine gets warmer by the day.   Primroses blooming, birds singing and we had the lane above Rhydyronen to ourselves.   A time to get lost in the wonder of nature.  And yet, my mind was elsewhere, wondering about people whose world has been turned upside-down.  What will their fate be and ours.

Much of the rest of the day was taken up with planning and organising for our trip to Birmingham tomorrow.  This afternoon I took Jamie for his massage and had another ramble, with both dogs.  The daffodils are now in full bloom in Llanegryn churchyard - extra pic for this St David's Day.   A call to customer services elicited some reassuring information regarding assistance for Jamie's train trip tomorrow and I cooked us all pancakes for tea.   Savoury for me, sweet and later savoury for the youngsters.

Another day tomorrow.   Pastures new for Ruth and Jamie is off to stay at Clara's for a long weekend.     So much to look forward to.

I wonder what Vladimir Putin is thinking .....
