Peace

It's been a day of stress and anguish, in NZ and overseas. I feel sad.

My Japanese creative pruner has lovingly trimmed my cloud tree back into shape. When he planted it we named it Anshin, a Japanese word for peace.

That seems apt right now.

Today's gratitude: For several opportunities today to slow down, breathe, and take stock.
