Humbled

Another day of looking for leaks and following up on other people's work. Sam who has been with us for 6 years has gone to broaden his horizons today. He caught up with me and thanked me for the encouragment and advice during his time with us, he felt I had a big influence on his career and has told our new staff if they need advice or help I should be their first port of call. That makes me feel valued and very Humbled. Now I can't get my head through the door lol.
