Sourdough success at last!

I followed Paul Hollywood's 'classic sourdough' recipe last night to make this bread which I left to rise overnight and baked this morning about 11am. My last attempt stuck in the banneton, the dough was far too wet even though I'd floured the banneton really well. The dough I made last night was much tighter (less floppy) so I had no sticking problems and it plopped out of the banneton beautifully this morning. I'm really happy with the result and I'll be making lots more of it.
