Elephants

Another grey, damp, cold day.

Spoke to my friend, had breakfast, did some housework and made a shepherds pie and rice pudding, plus a baked apple with mincemeat (a jar I bought and hadn't used).
A short period of time when it wasn't raining so I popped down to the churchyard and picked up lots of branches and put them on the pile. Also pulled a few weeds out!  Later in the afternoon I had a man ring me to talk me through the process of getting my tv recorder working.  Surprisingly it worked!  I'm usually hopeless at things like this and rely on D. to help.
Afraid the wide Wednesday shot was taken indoors, didn't want to take the camera out in the rain!  These elephants were given to me by my daughter many years ago.
