Pigeon Pattern

I had intended to try to shoot bees in flight but today dawned dull and damp so I was reduced to shooting boring wood pigeons.

I have chosen to Blip this image as I think it evokes the blustering, clattering take-off of these birds. Everything is a blur apart from the tail feathers and the out of focus branches and bokeh echo the shape of bird's wings, giving a sense of movement.
