Low Tide

Our hearts and thoughts are with the brave people.

We chose to walk at Petit Bot when it was low tide today and this gave the dogs a massive expanse of sandy beach to run around on. Photo in extras.

Yesterday our daughter together with Miss Victoria went to this beach and found a total of 36 new toothbrushes that had been washed up. They then went to Saints Bay a little closer to our house and found many more. Since the recent storms hundreds of bottles of water and lots of other things have been washed up. Containers often get lost from cargo ships but I think that this was a record. Photo in extras.
When our son was young a vast quantity of starcom toy soldiers were washed up and he really enjoyed playing with them.
