RIP Elaine

My friend Elaine with the malignant brain tumor passed on Feb 21st. Today was her service and it was quite lovely as was the reception. Elaine's husband passed 27 years ago and she went right next to him, we each threw a flower onto her urn in the ground at the very end. They had prime real estate, right in front of a big fountain! I thought the pastor or whatever his title is did a very warm eulogy to her. The extra is her altar which made me weepy, so many great photos, funny mementos etc. Elaine was Jewish and also loved Jesus...and I did not realize until today that her parents were born in the Ukraine. She grew up on Philadelphia where they settled.
