On the Fence

Back to winter: overcast, colder, grey, with a few sprinkles. I made a fire to go with the weather, and Mr S baked a big fat round sourdough loaf, so the house smells yummy and warm. The sparrows were out in full force in the garden, hopping and pecking and generally carrying on.
