Kusamochi

Kusamochi is a rice rice flour dumpling mixed wit h mugwort.

When I was small to pick up a lot of mugwort to make this dumpling was MUST in early spring.

When I became mother I picked up them with my children. For my children, pick up mogworr to make cake was an unforgetrable memory. I did them couple of times, but they said that they did it many times.

My mother liked this cake very much. I sometimes bought it fo my mom, but I didn't make it for my mom because I thought I couldn't do it by myself. Recently, I found that making this cake is very easy because of microwave oven and rice flour. I could have presented it if I had known how to make it.
