Seed collecting

A dismal drizzly day today (unintended alliteration there). However MrsW is looking forward to spring and summer. 
Not a happy thought but I've been wondering what has happened to those Afghanis, Iraqis, Syrians etc who were stuck in the nomansland between Belarus and Poland. Have they been completely forgotten with all the concentration on Putin's despicable actions?
