Flower Friday

The only rose from last weeks flower display. All of which now are beginning to show signs of age. (I know that one! ;-)) ) An interval aerobic class this morning. A really good workout, managed to break into  a sweat!! So the coffee and chat after in the cafe was most welcome. Then shopping done and home for lunch.

The weekend is looking good if cold, but as long as it is dry I can do some more work in the garden. Certainly plenty to do.
