Drain survey

The delayed drain survey happened today.  We were told they would come in the afternoon, but at 0845 the door bell rang, and this young man was on the doorstep.  

Quite thorough.  He took videos of our drains (which fortunately are now behaving properly) with a fibreoptic camera, and apparently then drew a plan of the system.

Now that's done, there is no longer an excuse for delay on the part of our buyers, so hopefully there will be movement on the conveyancing front.
