A frustrating day of knee pain. I feel as though progress is going backwards. It clicks out of place and hurts like hell. I've got a physio session with my sister tomorrow so hoping it'll help.

Georgie had her 3rd chemo session today. Her husband surprised her - turned up (from Dubai!) to take her.
