Spring Song in the Air

They're not quite singing yet, just squawking, but the redwing blackbirds have returned to Frohring Meadows.  All kept a good distance from the trail.  Hemp dogbane is still releasing its seeds after a hard winter.  In the woods, some snow and ice remain.  I found a heart for Ukraine.
