A Morning Surprise...........

I went outside this morning with Abby.   She went through the doggy door while I was struck by the brilliant color on the Xmas Cactus.    It full bloomed last November.  Wo what was this?????
  My closest guess was the sudden changes from overly warm to Overly cold.   Add to the mix I have been very stingy the water,,  and I think you have the recipe for tricking the cactus into  thinking it was time to bloom.
